Reverse DNS Request
I'd like to have a reverse DNS entry created for one of my IP addresses. How do I go about this?
Thank you.

I too have been extremely displeased and unimpressed with Comcast's ability to handle reverse DNS delegation requests. If a Comcast Business customer gets a /28 allocation of IP addresses, it's a good chance that the customer is also capable of---and in fact highly likely that they will want---reverse DNS delegation setup, and not want to call Comcast to change PTR records everytime they need a change.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us through our business forums regarding RDNS support. I very much appreciate your patience and greatly apologize for the delay in our response. Thanks so much for your feedback and we will certainly ensure that we pass this along. Currently, RDNS is a service that our small business internet services do not support. Your SMB account is governed by limitations that only support specific services regarding Comcast-provided Static IP addresses. We do have the option of setting you up with our Enterprise or cloud solutions services which do have more advanced support options available. As always if you should have any further questions or concerns regarding your services or are interested in setting up services with either department we would be happy to assist.please do not hesitate to reach out to us through private message with your first and last name, business service address and account number or phone number.

This is 2 years past the last message, so I figure it is valid to ask: Where can I send my PTR requests to? I run my own mail server; some recipients' MX are starting to reject my connection because there is no name mapped to the address; some websites are starting to do this as well.
