Business modem ver 2 (brand new) Modem Port 5 to Ubiquity UXG-Pro gateway ISP In (no other connections on modem) Issue; WAN IP inbound to modem is not the WAN IP address forwarded to gateway. Modem in advanced Bridge mode and confirmed by Comcast install tech. I will not expose my WAN IP, so here

Isn't there a user type that allows access to the technical management of an account without also having the ability to change the service and subscription? When I create a "service user" they don't have access to any devices, but when I create a "Services Manager" they have access to the devices,

Have you tried having them listed as the "Billing Manager"? It will allow them access to make a payment on the account, however, they will not be able to make any changes to the services. Does this allow them to view the devices?

Hello is there a way to download all phones in the company and list their assigned user, MAC address, IP, extension, etc? Looking mainly for the extension and MAC addresses. Thanks.

I just switched from Xinfity and am no longer getting status and notifications of outages in my area which I would like to have. I have searched but don't see them on any webpage and calling is useless since that is not a topic I can select. Anyone know?

I have a request for an ASN with ARIN and I will be receiving an IP assignment from ARDC (44Net - Ham Radio). Will I be able to BGP announce the assignment from my own router, or do I need to contact someone to set up peering?  I am on the "Business Internet - Advanced" plan.

I have searched and called, but still have not come upon a list of phone brands and models that are acceptable/compatible with Business VoiceEdge. I am looking to stop renting phones for my non-profit org.  We would prefer to just buy some phones, but wanted to ensure that they would work with
