How to get in contact with Comcast_John who seems make customers happy?

I've been trying to get Comcast to setup RFC 2317 style NS delegation for the PTR records associated with the /28 in our business, however, I seem to be getting nowhere.  This is getting extremely frustrating---is Comcast a true business class provider of IP services?  If so, they should be able to handle this request.

I can see from other forum posts that Comcast_John has been able to successfully meet the needs of Comcast business customers here:

https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/t5/Domain-Names-Static-IP/Reverse-DNS-delegation-RFC2317-Tech-support-never-heard-of-it/m-p/20779

And a different Comcast_Jon here:

https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/t5/Domain-Names-Static-IP/rDNS-Delegation-Request-HELP/m-p/11227/highlight/true#M741

Comcast_John (or Comcast_Jon), if you're out there, will you please respond.  I've been at this since the service was installed and still have yet to find someone in Comcast who knows how to setup RFC 2317 NS delegations.

Hi Bradipo, both Comcast_John and Comcast_Jon have moved up (they're the best, so it was well deserved!) but I can help to get the PTR done; the rest would need to be configured by your IT team. If you'd like us to get the PTR completed, I saw that you've sent a private message and so we'll plan to meet you back there.

Gina,

I appreciate your willingness to help, but I don't need a PTR record created.  I need in-zone (in-bailiwick) NS delegation (RFC 2317) setup for the /28 assigned to my account.

How can I get ahold of a senior level technician that understands this business requirement?

Thanks.
