I need the mailing address for comcast's legal department to mail evidence.
The retention department will not provide it as it is their mission to manipulate people into paying an ETF whether legitimate or not. Just a bunch of unethical bill collectors looking to make their commission, they will talk over you and tell you you are wrong.
I read the contract and I know what it says, I am far better educated than anyone in the retention department and I want to send my evidence to comcast's lawyers. If my ETF is not waived in 10 days I will file suit in small claims court for 5000 dollars over a 1572 dollar etf to claim for pain and suffering, expenses. I have already filed a complaint with the FCC. Termination of business means termination of business, I submitted evidence of this yesterday by email to the retention department and today they hit me with the ETF. You crooks have 10 days to waive this fee or get sued, plain and simple. I have had enough.

Does anybody help here? I have used facebook, comcast cares on twitter, absolutely nothing. I am sending a certified letter to your corporate office today and exactly 7 days from today I will file in small claims court for the max. I have other things to do, this is causing me loss of income as well now. Small claims allows $25000 for a business filing. Today my ETF was posted and it has mysteriously gone up 100 dollars!

Hello asif,
I apologize about the status of your billing issues. Unfortunately we do not have a specific email for the legal department as points of contact vary from region to region. The best way to contact our legal department is to call the business support line at 1-800-391-3000 and asked to be transferred to the legal department. Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Thank You

Hello,
Wondering if you received a satisfactory resolution? I've been battling retention for 10 months - have an executed service agreement on 2.6.17, reducing my business service expense by 50%, yet they won't implement the terms. I continue to overpay for service to the tune of e. $2,500 to date. Many calls, many emails, yet no action. Time, anxiety, and loss of capital needed for my business. Any advice?
Filing small claims tomorrow in Chicago.

I had cancelled and moved my service back in 2019, and thought the charges were for the new service, but Comcast never cancelled the phone line portion of the service. They have been charging me $89 per month for over 4 years for a service they were supposed to cancel. I never got the mail, because it was an old address. I am going in circles with the customer service/retention/billing teams and getting nowhere, but they did find it was their error. I am heading to small claims court in regards to this, but any advice is appreciated. The total is almost $5000 that I have been paying.
