Not removing my unreturned equipment fee just makes my case easier. Facebook chat agent told me we added that fee on the day service was disconnected and will be reversed on the next billing cycle. So I have to pay it and wait for a refund? What other company on the planet does that? Comcast has no

I returned all equipment the day after I disconnected to a comcast service center but nevermind, they try to sneak in fees thinking everyone but them is an idiot and won't notice. I am now convinced comcast is an unethical company. No other provider, sprint, att, direct tv have ever charged unreturn

So? are you going to remove the unreturned equipment fees or is this retaliation by that {edited per forum rules} Bobbie W?

Now a rep tells me I owe the ETF because I signed the disconnect form listing the ETF. Once I was told I owe it because I called them to disconnect, so it's disconnection for convenience.  Now how is one supposed to cancel service without calling Comcast or without signing a form they require you to

The loyalty/retention department is not helping me. They either want to retain the customer or charge an ETF. How about they abide by the contract and actually honor it? The contract allows for an ETF waiver for termination of business but no one at

The retention department will not provide it as it is their mission to manipulate people into paying an ETF whether legitimate or not. Just a bunch of unethical bill collectors looking to make their commission, they will talk over you and tell you you are wrong.I read the contract and I know what it

Does anybody help here? I have used facebook, comcast cares on twitter, absolutely nothing. I am sending a certified letter to your corporate office today and exactly 7 days from today I will file in small claims court for the max. I have other thing

Today I submitted evidence of dissolution of my LLC and got a reply that I am mistinterpreting the contract and I have to pay the ETF.This is what the contract says about termination of business. It doesn't have to be bankruptcy, the termination of business clause stands alone. I have to go to court

We have an HOA Pool and clubhouse that is used only during the summer months. We need a phone line (for 9-1-1 calls only) and net via wifi for members use. It's silly to pay for absolutely zero usage for half of the year.  BTW,  in some states Comcast allows users to pause their service if they are

I signed a 36 month contract knowing what I was signing and my plan was to cancel if I did go out of business. This is allowed per the contract, it's clearly written into it. Comcast refuses to honor the termination of business clause in the contract

Stay away from Comcast, it is the most hated company in America for a reason. These peopel have zero ethics and actually steal money in the form of ETFs on the 3 year contracts every day.
