The retention department charges me unreturned equipment fee after 1 day.

I returned all equipment the day after I disconnected to a comcast service center but nevermind, they try to sneak in fees thinking everyone but them is an idiot and won't notice. I am now convinced comcast is an unethical company. No other provider, sprint, att, direct tv have ever charged unreturn

Comcast will not waive ETF for termination of business

Today I submitted evidence of dissolution of my LLC and got a reply that I am mistinterpreting the contract and I have to pay the ETF.This is what the contract says about termination of business. Stay away from Comcast, it is the most hated company in America for a reason. These peopel have zero ethics and actually steal money in the form of ETFs on the 3 year contracts every day.
