Hello @user_d6791a Thanks for reachig out on how to make a payment online with an account number starting with an 8. You would want to sign in to My account and select pay your bill. You can also make a one time payment without signing in by visiting Quickpay

Hi, @user_dd4c50! Great question. This would depend on your location and the type of account you have in our system. In order to find out how to get you that form, please send us a direct message with your first/last name, full address, and account number by clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our  shared handle Comcast Business to send us a private message.

How can I find out Comcast's 10-digit bank ID for online bank transfer payments?

Our Accounts Payable at Genesee County need our ACH form filled out with a voided check, it is a new policy. I gave them a copy of the information provided above and they said it was not sufficient. Please tell me how to proceed? I can email our ACH form.

We have a unique situation, when we here at Head Start receives our bill (via mail or portal), we then have to pass it to Genesee County Community Action Resource Department (GCCARD) Finance team to review. They then turn it over to Genesee County AP to process for a check or ACH. This process takes about 3 weeks then checks are mailed. ACH is better for both Comcast and Head Start, so if there is a way, we can work together to get that done I would appreciate it!

@user_3256ee We would recommend sending an email to [Edited: please see updated post] to see if this is something they can accommodate for you in your unique situation. Please be sure to include your full Account Number in your email to them.

user_9f7acf Hello, and thanks for reaching out to us for assistance today. I would be happy to help in any way I can. The system would automatically put that information into your bank when requesting a payment through autopay after setting up autopay through the Xfinity app. It isn't something we can look up to provide manually. Is there a reason your bank is requesting it before our system does it automatically?

@Comcast_Eric

OUR bank needs your ACH originator ID to ALLOW the ACH to be drafted from our account. IT DOES NOT automatically populate the number, we have to provide it to our bank. You need to speak to your EFT department  and ask them for the information as they WILL HAVE IT- Its literally their JOB!!

I was able to obtain the Comcast ACH ID by submitting a payment and allowing our bank to block the transaction. It will always display the originator ID for the blocked transaction. The ACH ID I have is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and it has worked since adding it to the allowed list.

Is a 2025 W9 available for the EIN 27-0000798?   Or did Comcast consolidate away from this EIN?

Hello, @user_5ce4ac

A 2024 W-9 is likely the most recent form available. Send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Comcast Business" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list (an "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

user_ba6ceb, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. Just to confirm, are you having an issue with setting up auto-pay?

This is not what we need.  If we allow Comcast to pull the payment directly from the company account, the fraud protection the banks have require a Company ID # for the fraud filter to recognize.  This is a 10 digit number.  Now that security is high especially through the banking system this is a must.   Comcast has more than one of these 10 digit numbers.   Please make this available on your website somewhere so we can access to set up our banking correctly.
