We've created an audio track to play for our customers while on hold, the audio has a mixture of speech and music. I've mixed the file out as both wav and mp3, but every time I upload the file via the portal, it appears to get re-encoded and compressed. The result being, that the "Ss" in the speech
UPDATE: Turns out my source audio file was just too HD, and the automatic re-encode that happens on the backend is pretty heavy handed with it's compression. I ended up taking the file into Adobe Audition, which I admittedly know

@Comcast_Ashley Thanks for the reply, Ashley. Unfortunately tho, that just shows me how to add the audio, which I'm familiar with. I'm more asking for the specifics of the file itself, and more so than just mp3 or wav and 4mb or less. Sp
