We have a Netgear CG3000DCR and for a couple of weeks now it has been resetting itself like clockwork every 20 minutes. I have a tech coming out today but is there anyone that has experienced this problem before? It doesn't seem to be random but happens at the exact same time frame every 19 or 20 mi

Just to give an update:The router still resets itself. It happens about once or twice a day at random times and will continue to reset itself for about 6 or 7 minutes and then it will be fine. On another forum, a tech said that a modem resetting itse

Hi Jacob,The tech came out and put in a new router. He split the signal and left the old one there to so he can monitor it from his end. Everything was fine from Tuesday on through today until just a few minutes ago. The router started to suddenly re

Through a switch. The modem plugs into a switch which is connected to 5 other switches that service different areas of our building.

I would have to do it after hours as people here need to be connected during the day. As of right now, it has been connected for the past 30 minutes or so with no resets. Do you have any suggestions as to what could cause this to happen? Maybe a sing

EDIT: I thought this only impacted IPv6, but I have reason to believe it also impacts IPv4 when using NAT as well.Short summary - Comcast, I would love to get in touch with someone technical about this who might be able to fix it (or just have it magically fixed - that's fine too). Here is the problem: I log in to my Comcast Business Gateway, I select Advanced Options, then in Port Forwarding I click Add Service and it freezes from there and won't let me add anything. Any suggestions? Edit** I should add that I have already tried power cycling the gateway and connecting direct

Thank you for your reply. We actually had a technician come out yesterday and he replaced the gateway. )Thanks!
