Business Gateway Admin Login Freezes

Here is the problem: I log in to my Comcast Business Gateway, I select Advanced Options, then in Port Forwarding I click Add Service and it freezes from there and won't let me add anything. Any suggestions?

 

Edit** I should add that I have already tried power cycling the gateway and connecting directly to it via Ethernet.

Hello vanguard117 and welcome to forums,

I apologize for my delayed response. From what you described I might need to send a factory rest to your modem then reload your current configuration file. This is a timely process and can take up to 40 minutes to complete. Would you please message me with a preferred time of day to do this reset. (AM/PM)

Thank you for your reply. We actually had a technician come out yesterday and he replaced the gateway. )Thanks!
