I called helpdesk and a ticket was created and forward to tier 2 already. It has been 4 hours and still no responses. I didn't think it will take this long to change it on the modem. I have customers and employees that are waiting for the changes to comoplete. Is there anyway to get them to expe

I use Comcast Business IP Gateway Model SMCD3G-CCR. I am having issues which appear to be caused by a multiple NAT environment. I would like my Gateway to be set to True Bridge mode (NOT Passthrough Mode). Essentially the same solution as in this thread: http://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/t5/Equ
