Cannot access website management at all

Documentation indicates there should be a "button" marked "websites" under manage services. We are paying about $20/month for website hosting, but the button is not there. Is there a user setting that has to be corrected to make the button appear?

Also attempted FTP connection to the temporary address provided in documentation (filling in our domain, etc.) and got "not found".

Thanks

Back in 2015 it looked like Comcast was monitoring these forums.

Several customers received responses indicating corrupt user accounts (on Comcast's end), and after reconfiguration by their engineers, apparently things got resolved.

Perhaps Comast doesn't look here anymore....

Hey, Comcast..... Are you here on your own forums?? We need some help here.

Having the same problem. Unable to set up my web page for the first time. Second time contacting via phone. First time over two weekd ago. No response from tech guys. Called today and agent forwarded my call to Office 365 Cloud team. Stayed on music playing hold until automatically transferred to voice mail. Seriously, is this any way to run a company? I really don't know why I pay as much money to Comcast Business each month and not get the service capabilities I have been paying for since 2013. I am seriously considering switching my domain to a "responsive e-mail / web hosting service". As the real business looking ".com" is being used as my alias for the "comcast.biz" account. So far I can not see where I  am getting anything for my money.

Would really like a phone call back from someone at Comcast that really knows what they are doing.

I do not see how to get to webbuilder any more.  I called support and was transfered to domain people.  I was then told to go to my business account and select under interent to see how I can access my website.  I can not.  Can someone please tell me how to access my website now?  Thank you.

Hi 23674 and welcome to business forums.

Since the migration to Office 365, Comcast Business no longer supports email or domain names. You would need to contact Cloud Solutions to regain access. I posted a link with their contact information. Please let me know if you need anything.
