New Q2Q equipment not working on all TV’s. We need a service tech to program correctly.

We have a bulk account in a skilled nursing facility with over 200 residents. We just had a new Q2Q equipment installed. We are not getting video to most of our TV’s, just audio.

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting has great information on how you can troubleshoot your connection issues via our awesome Xfinity app. The Xfinity chat assistant will work through some remote troubleshooting steps to see if this connection issue can be resolved remotely, if it's not resolved remotely the awesome Xfinity chat assistant will connect you with the live chat agent to go ahead and schedule for a technician to come out. Let me know if this information was helpful in getting your connection issues resolved

That does not help at all. Our accounts are under Comcast Buisness which will not help because they say we are residential bulk. Residential will not help because they say we are Buisness account. Bulk only answers M-F 9-6. It’s been over a week now and it still is not corrected.

user_b83632, I can help take a look at your account, but keep in mind I would only be able to help with your individual account. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Comcast Business with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business"  
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select “Comcast Business" from that list 
  • - A “Comcast_Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send it
