New Q2Q equipment not working on all TV’s. We need a service tech to program correctly.
We have a bulk account in a skilled nursing facility with over 200 residents. We just had a new Q2Q equipment installed. We are not getting video to most of our TV’s, just audio.

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting has great information on how you can troubleshoot your connection issues via our awesome Xfinity app. The Xfinity chat assistant will work through some remote troubleshooting steps to see if this connection issue can be resolved remotely, if it's not resolved remotely the awesome Xfinity chat assistant will connect you with the live chat agent to go ahead and schedule for a technician to come out.
