I cannot get in touch with the assigned business represenatative

Approximately one week ago, I contacted Comcast Business to make changes to my monthly service plan. During this call, the representative who answered the phone took it upon herself to assign herself as my dedicated business account representative—without my request or consent.

Since then, I have attempted to contact this representative at least five times, but I have not received a single response. Each time I call Comcast for assistance, I am told that no one else is allowed to access or make changes to my account because it is now “locked” under this individual’s control. As a result, I have been left completely unable to manage or modify my business services.

This is unacceptable. I am ready to cancel all Comcast services, file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, consult a consumer advocacy group, and pursue legal action if necessary. I expect Comcast to immediately remove this account lock, assign me a responsive representative—or better yet, return control of my account directly to me—and resolve this issue without further delay.

user_a297cd Greetings! Thank you so much for using our Forums and reaching out to our team. We are here happy to work with you and further look into this today. Can you please send us a DM to get started?

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Comcast Business.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
