It has been 3 months and I still encounter errors trying to access my Business account for our Fiber internet services. We also need to use the workaround website to make the payments on our account. We are unable to download the invoices or see what is happening with our account.

I have a CBR-T modem/router, part number CGA4131COM. Certain devices will not always connect to the wifi, especially the 5ghz wifi. It is not always the same devices. The modem/router has been restarted numerous times. This has been going on for several months. I believe the modem/router is failing.

I have a CBR-T modem/router, part number CGA4131COM. Certain devices will not always connect to the wifi, especially the 5ghz wifi. It is not always the same devices. The modem/router has been restarted numerous times. This has been going on for several months. I believe the modem/router is failing.

How do you get the wifi to resolve to the business gateway as it's router so it connects to the same subnet. Right now, when connecting the wifi is routing with it's own 172.16 subnet and not the gateway's 10.1.10.1 network. Do you just turn off DHCP in the network of the APs when you configure a ne

After signing into my business account yesterday on Microsoft Edge, I was prompted to confirm with a 6-digit code, and I selected to remember the browser and not ask again. Since then, whenever I try to log in again, I keep getting an error message that just says "Something happened, please try agai
