Is there a way to add channels online to a business account or do you have to do it by phone?

Hello Yellowcab and welcome to forums,
I apologize but at this time we do not offer upgrades via the business portal. Due to contractual agreements we would require phone contact for such a change. If you like I can have one of my Loyalty reps contact you with pricing information. If so please send me a private message with your preferred contact number so I can have someone call you. We have a Business TV and looking through the channel line up for the Deluxe Digital, there is no CMT channel 146. I cannot find anywhere that this channel can be added at no charge. Is this something that can be done via phone?
