Yet more unauthorized Cloud Solutions charges!!!

So I get my latest bill today and find this:

Office 365 Cloud Solutions  11/25   $5.95

What is this rubbish?  I've not signed up for that, I have no idea what it is.  It doesn't show up on "My Apps" when I log into my account under the Manage Services/Cloud Solutions tab.  And there is no "Office 365 Cloud Solutions" package listed on the Cloud Solutions application marketplace.  Nor could I find any information on the earlier "Office 365 Exchange Online Essentials" package someone subscribed me to back in July/August.  Is someone just making these things up and randomly billing customers for this???

Where are the terms and conditions for these subscriptions.  Where are the descriptions of what they are?

I've contacted the Cloud Solutions support e-mail and have yet to hear back, although they have yet to answer my e-mail from OCtober 1, 2017, so I'm not holding my breath on this one either.

Hi 4Crawler.

I would like to review your billing concerns and look into this charge. Please private message me your full name, the full service address and the phone number associated on the account.

PM sent.  Still no response from the Cloud Solutions support desk.

24 hours and still not a peep from the Cloud Solutions support desk.  Not surprised.  I did put a read receipt on the e-mail and I did get a notification that the e-mail was read.

I guess I can no longer reply to PMs:

So I'll put my reply here:

Thanks for the assistance Comcast_Phil.

Since this is the 2nd time in 4 months that unauthorized charges have been added to my account, how can I be sure that such charges will not be applied in the future?  I've wasted so much of my time on this migration, that I did not opt-in on. Like this item, I've spent several hours of my valuable time to get a a $6 charge off my bill.  This is no way to treat a long time business customer.

There is no place on the Cloud Solutions Marketplace web pages that describe this item (Office 365 Cloud Solutions) that was added to my bill.  No description of what it is, no terms and conditions.  I did not see this item in my Cloud Solutions account dashboard.  The only time I knew of this was when I saw it on my bill???  This is a very deceptive business practice in my book.  And the first item I was signed up for (Office 365 Exchange Online Essentials) the only time I knew of that was when I received a "Thank you for your payment" notice!!!  Comcast needs to put this information on the Cloud Solutions web page and document what these services are and how much they cost and provide the terms and conditions.  And you need to get the customer approval before adding services to their bill.

Hi 4Crawler.

There shouldn't be any restrictions on private messages on any of our users. Are you able to respond to my private message please?

There was earlier, I had a red bar across the top of the reply message with the text quoted in my previous post:

I tried replying half a dozen times to no avail.  The PM system is very cumbersome to use.
