The email address selected is already registered, please select another email address

I try to add new user name to my acc but it keep telling me that email address already registered. But I have check all my email account. No one have that name. What should I do. Thank you

Hello Anntran and welcome,

 

If someone else has the same email address as the one you want, you should just keep adding an incremental digit after the email name until you find one that will be accepted. For example, Anntran1@your-email-domain-name, if this does not work then try Anntran2your-email-domain-name, etc. Unfortunately many people have very similar names so you must use some other difference information. Another alternative is to use your middle name first initial.
