"Security Certificate is Invalid..." w14d server

Using Outlook 2010 to get connected to Comcast Exchange, we are getting the Invalid Cerificate error.

Seems to be on server "w14d".

hatzunginsurance.com domain

Webmail apears to be fine, but not Outlook.

Any thoughts or ETA on fixing the cert? THanks!

Hello rickvv and welcome,

The error message you are receiving is specifically referring to a PROXY Server (  this is the error message ) and Comcast does not use any Certificates for Comcast Customer email server access, when your hatzunginsurance.com domain zone file appears to be MX Record correct from what I see here:

A 50.97.97.160

MX 0 mq01.ch4.comcast.net.
5 mq02.ch4.comcast.net.
5 mx01.ch4.comcast.net.

CNAME No CNAME record found.

NS ns.hatzunginsurance.com.

PTR No PTR record found.

SOA ns.hatzunginsurance.com. dh.hatzunginsurance.com
1401209114 10800 3600 604800 10800

I recommend you log into your Business Class Portal Administrator account, then under Manage Services, click Email, and click on View DNS Info link. The MX record information pertaining to hatzunginsurance.com domain is what you should have contained with your above zone file. Please check this and make sure that your zone file has the correct MX records contained within.

Hope this helps you out.
