Second Email

I want to delete the second email for Service Technician and change it to a different email but this website won't allow me. Help!

Hello jahnaactionair and welcome,

 

You need to log into your Business Class Portal using your Administrator Email Account (AEA). You can only delete and add new email from within your AEA. This should be done from the Manage Services.Email. Manage Email Accounts link. After you delete the 2nd email account, allow about 1-2 hours for this to be processed. The relogin to the AEA and you should see that you now have 1 or 2 emal accounts used. This will now alow you to add another 2nd email account.
