Outlook Web Access has blocked access to attachments. Blocked attachments: MSG28453.WAV.

Hi. I can not open a .wav from OWA. I access OWA from the businessclass.comcast.net site. I am using IE 11. Is there a fix for this? Thanks for any help.

Hello standardpro and welcome,

 

I have not heard of any issues with IE 11, so you might want to make sure *.wav files are associated to the right exe or if there is an addon, etc.  Also, if the attachment is more than 20 MBs in size this could be another reason the OWA is not allowing you to open it.
