Mail Quota on Comcast Biz Hosted exchange?

Hi,

I feel really dumb, but I cannot find anything referencing the quota size limit for mailboxes on the Comcast Hosted exchange. I called the Business support toll-free, and all they wanted to talk about was "Outlook", and she really didn't understand any questions about "Comcast Hosted Exchange" (should I call it something else?)

 

So, please, what is the mailbox quota limit for Business Class Hosted Exchange via Comcast?

(comparing Rackspace hosted exchange, they provide 100GB mailbox size for $10/mnth/user...that's why I'm looking for a reference point.)

Hello rickvv,

 

I believe the actual size of a Business Class Email account is 25Gb total. There is some other specific information you can find here.

Thanks. I found those pages too, but there is nothing specific about the storage quota, only "how to" determine who much your'e using. Plus that method they show as to how to find your quota use in OWA doesn't seem to work with new version (tried using Internet Explorer and Chrome).

It just seems strange that the storage quota isn't easily found or advertised somewhere prominent.
