Email resolution issue

Salutations,

 

I'm encountering an issue that occurs after print an E-mail.

When I return to my inbox after printing, my resolution has drastically changed (everything is very small).

It's unusable at this juncture, and i'm forced to close my internet and reopen a new tab and repeat the login process.

Using Windows 8, Comcast Business, Outlook Web Access.

Hello Omegadus and welcome,

 

Could you please share with us if you are using Outlook 2007, 2010, or 2013 on your computer or are you referring to using the Business Class Portal (BCP) web access email account when this print issue is corrupting your display. If you are using any Outlook email on your computer,  could you please make sure that all of your DNS domain incoming and outgoing addresses correspond to that in your BCP administrator email account Manage Services.Email. the click on View DNS Info. This is a very important  email setup requirement for all aspects to run smooth, including printing.
