Email access disappeared from Home Page

Question

I'm at a remote location working from my lap top.  When I open the Home Page, it's not giving me my email access icon.  I'm sure this is something simple, can you help?  First time I've had it disappear.

Hello Lauren721 and welcome, You can always access your email by simply going to Manage Services.Email, then click on the red Check My Email button. Hope this helps you out.

No, you can't click on email from manage account because it disappeared from there as well!

I know, that's the problem, the page is not showing that I have email services available so the red email box is not there.
