Access the Comcast Business SecurityEdge subscriber portal (Answered)
Introduction
Access the Comcast Business SecurityEdge™ subscriber portal to set up and manage your service online.

Sign in via My Account
- Sign in to My Account.
- On the Overview page, scroll to the Business Internet section of your Subscribed Services and select the Comcast Business SecurityEdge link.

Note: If you do not see the link or are unable to access the Comcast Business SecurityEdge subscriber portal, please contact Business Customer Support at 1-800-391-3000.
Initial setup
- Upon initial sign-in to the subscriber portal, a setup wizard will assist you in configuring your settings.
- Select your desired settings to apply protection and restriction options to users on your network.
- From the Web Filters section in the Settings tab, expand Protection level to select a preset filtering level, or manually filter using the available categories.
- Use the Content Restriction Schedule to specify times when content should be restricted.
- Use the Off-Hours Internet Schedule to select hours when the Internet should be unavailable.
- In the Internet Security section, select checkbox(es) for the associated security options.
- When complete, select Finish Setup.
