please reset default gateway password

Hi,

I can't log in to the router. The default password doesn't work with cusadmin. Please, reset them.

Hello TOKAINY and welcome,

If you DO NOT use a Comcast Static IP, you can depress the little black reset button on the back of your Comcast Gateway (CG) for 15 seconds and this will reset your CG to factory default, including your cusadmin PW.
