Please disable XFINITY and xfinitywifi on my modem. It's interfering with my onsite wifi.

Hi,

I'd like someone to disable the xfinity wifi networks on my modem. Tried to do it through 3 different browsers and my phone from within account management and nothing works. It's taking up precious bandwidth.

Ya, I've seen that before. What I'm saying is that when I view that page one at least 3 diff browsers and even on my phone the settings won't work! I see it on the phone and sliding it to off did nothing as the setting wouldn't stick. On laptop all I get is an ad for SecurityEdge and some Did You Know panel.

Thanks for filling me in, are these issues all happening on the same device? Are you able to try changing the settings from a different device to see if that works?

Shows up fine on my phone but doesn't work when I try to move the switch. And no, it's not all the same device. I've tried on my Mac with 3 diff browsers and on a Win 10 box on 3 diff browsers. Assuming you guys can just turn it off.
