Linked accounts are missing from web portal

business.comcast.com is broken.

This worked last week, suddenly my 6 or 7 linked Comcast Business accounts are no longer available. What happened to the pulldown menu at the top where I used to be able to select each account/location?

Nothing with my login has changed, nothing with our accounts has changed.

@user_dd882a Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I hate to hear this has been your experience and would love to investigate this for you! Just to clarify, you are able to log in but not switch between accounts?

Same behavior in Edge browser, confirmed extensions are disabled. Same behavior in Incognito/In Private mode, so not cookies/temp files.

@user_dd882a I appreciate that information and want to thank you for taking those extra steps to try and troubleshoot this issue. Let's take a closer look at this together and restore those additional accounts to your login access. 

 

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send it

I no longer work for Comcast.

The problem appears to have resolved itself, or someone fixed something on the back end. I can now access all my linked accounts.

Hi! Thanks for bringing this to our attention as well. Are you able to navigate between accounts still or are some missing? Is it mainly the speed of the account switching or them not being available at all? 

I no longer work for Comcast.

The dropdown isn't there and stuck on main account. Tried all of the browsers and things mentioned by the user above.

The second I log in I get sent to account overview no Direct Message no menu just the Welcome overview page. Need to get to BVE but no where to be found.

Do you see an Icon on the right side that looks like a chat bubble with lines in it? This is the icon you would want to click on.
