Hello, I have 2 questions: 1. Is there a way to increase the number of calls that can be viewed in the users' call history beyond 60? 2. Can I view all calls for all users as the admin on the account? I'd like to be able to search all call history for users. Thank you.

@Debi Thank you for that information. 60 calls is the maximum. Here is how to search with the numbers: https://business.comcast.com/support/article/voice/call-history.

What is with the new mobile app? You can't do anything with it. You can't forward calls, or check phone messages, or see call logs. I have two devices, a phone modem and an internet modem, but only one appears. Under plan I can see I have 200mbps down, but no upload speed is mentioned. On the web it

When the business Internet is down and I’m losing business does Comcast provide credit? My Internet is currently down in the middle of my busy tax season and I’m losing 2 work days so far. No phones either.
