Forgot router's password

How can I reset the router password? I think I changed it a while ago and forgot the password. Thank you.

private message one of the forum mods here to send a password reset to the modem or call into Comcast support.

I apologize for the delayed response to your post but I have reset your Business Gateway password to the default "highspeed" without the quotes. Please message me if you need further assistance.

Hello bvhoa and welcome to the support forums.

I can definitely help with your gateway. You can also factory reset the gateway by holding down the pinhole in the back of it for ten seconds. This will reset all settings. Please private message me your account number and the name of your business if you need additional assistance.
