Connection Pro Configuration

We are a business customer with a firewall with our static public IP on it. The comcast router is in bridge mode to a degree. The modem connects to the firewall. The Cradlepoint unit is would typically be plugged into the comcast modem but in our application will that work? We have branch office tunnels via our firewall connecting to other sites. What would be the suggested configuration? The firewall does support fail over and back connections.

I've tried to reach support many times, by phone mostly and I can't get passed the bot wanting to restart the modem. Like most businesses we have processes going on that rely on connectivity.  Your support number doesn't offer an identifiable method of reaching an agent with a non urgent but yet important question. I've not yet seen the chat window available in the many times I've been in. So how can I get help? Is there an email support link somewhere that I'm missing?
