Airtight C-75 configuration

We recently switched to Comcast internet service and it included an Airtight C-75 WIFI access point.  It works in its default settings, but of course we'd like to change the default configuration.

According to info that I found on the device, we are supposed to have a URL and password to to access an online configuration tool.  We were never given this info.  So I called Mojo Networks, the maker of the thing, and ws told that because Comcast was the installer, Comcast handled all that info.

So I called Comcast tech support and they were totally clueless and told me to go back to Mojo Networks.

Mojo Networks looked up the device, verified that it was a Comcast install and again told me that they didn't have the login credentials for the device - Comcast did since Comcast did the install.

So since Mojo is clueless and Comcast is clueless, where do I go from here?  Maybe to Best Buy for a new piece of hardware that we CAN configure?

I have the B4B log in info. but still need the URL and login information for the cloud Management Console for the AirTight  C-75 Access Point. We also need to check the default settings as we are installing a Sonos Connect. Thanks!

Hello JC_B,

Most features on your account can be accessed via the business portal  but I need more clarification on exactly what your are trying to do to properly direct you. Would you please give mroe details as to what adjustments you are trying to make with your services?

Hello rbalewski welcome to the forum,

So sorry for any miscommunication and confusion. What you have is or WiFi PRO device. Here is the link to the get started page for how to set up WiFi Pro.

Here are also two additional walk through pages for the set up process:

1)Access the WiFi Pro Portal

2)Create a Business WiFi Pro network

Please let me know if the above links helped provide the information you needed or if you have any additional questions.

Thank you

I need to forward ports 1883 and 8883 to a wifi sensor device.   This isn't possible via the web portals.   Comcast installed a mojo C75 AP and disabled the Xfinity modem wifi.  I can't get anyone at Comcast nor Mojo to help with configuration.
