reverse dns delegation setup request

Fellow customer here.  I used to have a reverse delegation set up but evidently sometime in the last few years, they've stopped doing that so when I asked to update the NS records in the delegation, suddenly it stopped working. after trying to work with them off and on over the course of a couple years I gave up trying.  Best you can do is request PTR records from the support team here which they can and generally do update within a few days.

I sometimes like to remind them how much easier it would be for everyone involved if their corporate overlords would allow them to set up delegations for those of us with the need.  While the front line support team seems to generally agree with me, it's still not something they do anymore.

I'm afraid that the only answer is to stop paying them for the lackluster service they provide and take business elsewhere.  Comcast Business is anything but Business Class Internet.
