Outlook 2013 not receiving all messages

I upgraded to a new machine using Windows 8.1 and installed Outlook 2013 using the same settings for POP3 and SMTP.  Looking at the old computer and the new, I see that not all emails are being received on the new machine.  Any suggestions?

Current settings:

Incoming mail server:  pop.hcm1.comcast.net

Outgoing mail server:  smtp.hmc1.comcast.net

Server Ports:

Incoming POP3: 110

Outgoing SMTP: 25

Hello Primmabc and welcome,

Please log into the Business Class Portal using your administrator email account. The go to Manage Services.Email then click on the View DNS Info link. Within here you will find the current updated email server incoming/outgoing addresses youo shoould be using. Please try this and let us know if you need further assistance.

Hope this helps you out.

I had faithfully done that in setting up the account, so I don't know what the problem is.  It appears that emails from certain servers are not coming through on the new machine, but there doesn't seem to be a theme on the rejections.
