Need a couple of PTR records

Business support has stated that this is beyond Comcast purview.

Posts here seem to indicate that we have to private message one the CC members here.

Please help with this.

Hi Airelle,

The only Xfinity entry is for XfinityLive started one there, when I try to enter your name, it states there is no such user.

I did start a chat with ComcastBusiness.

It took forever to find this forum. Set up of the PTR records took less than an hour.
