Need a couple of PTR records

​Business support has stated that this is beyond Comcast purview.​

​Posts here seem to indicate that we have to private message one the CC members here.​

​Please help with this.​

Hi Airelle,

The only Xfinity entry is for XfinityLive started one there, when I try to enter your name, it states there is no such user.

I did start a chat with ComcastBusiness.

It took forever to find this forum. Set up of the PTR records took less than an hour.
