Email/Domain
I posted a private message with no response, so I'm posting here so that maybe I can get some assistance with my issue:
I need assistance with the following issues:
- I deleted a user/email account on Sunday, March 16th, however I still don't have access to the user account and cannot create a new email address
- All email addresses on this account should be connected to the domain: thegibbslawfirm.comcastbiz.net with the alias thegibbslawfirm.com
I have been unable to make the changes to my account. If you can be of assistance I would grately appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

As long as you are logged into the adminstrator's email account you are able to add, delete, and modify any email account. System users do not have these privilidges.
If you setup an alias for your comcastbiz.net suffix email account, then you must now use the ??????@thegibbslawfirm.com as the username to log into the portal. I am assuming that you established thegibbslawfirm.com as you registered domain which is fine.
You can setup other email accounts, in the administrator email account, with the same alias suffix thegibbslawfirm.com in the same manner you did with your orginal.

Let me clarify... I have 3 email accounts. I deleted 1 email account, however, I cannot add a new email account without paying for a additional email account which will give me 4 accounts. When I go to users, I see only 2 accounts which is correct. I need to add a new user account, however I cannot.
The other issue is that my account should be listed with comcastbiz.net as the domain which should be my registered domain with the alias suffix as thegibbslawfirm.com. I did not establish thegibbslawfirm.com as the registered domain. I hope this better explains the issue.

Okay, as far as your not being able to add additional emails please use this link .
If you currently have some number of additional email accounts available, then you can use My Account.Manage Tools.Users. CreateNewUser to add additional email users. This should tell you how many users / available users you can now add.
There are only two means by which thegibbslawfirm.com was made an available domain within your Business Class Portal:
1.) registered as the domain name for your 3 page free website or
2.) this domain was added via this mechanism .

Ok, I'm quite frustrated as I've used the tools on the site prior to sending a message. I have been able to purchase another email address however, based on what I have on my account I am paying for 4 email accounts but only have access to 3 email accounts. Can you tell me why this is the case? Is there any way to change the email address for the primary account? If there is, maybe I can correct this issue. If not, is there any way I can delete the primary account email address and start over.

If you want to change your Primary email address use this.
I am not aware of the ability to delete email addresses that have been purchased directly on this Portal. However, you can call into 1 800-391-3000 and use option 2, then request that one of your biller email addresses costing 6.99 be removed, the agent will check your Portal Account to confirm you only have 3 email addresses and get you squared away.

I have been unable to change the primary email address and I also called the help desk and wasn't able to get assistance. Their suggestion was to delete the primary user and make another user the primary. I am not amenable to this as an option as I deleted an account to redo it and have not had access to that email account since. Every time I try to change the primary email address I receive an error message "Error setting primary alias! false" I am really frustrated with the service I am receiving as I have had a problem for about a month.
