Why do the remitting addresses keep changing on the invoicing?
Our company pays the Comcast invoices for disabled clients and group homes. We pay both business and residential accounts. Our a/p department is having issues with overdue payments, and we've discovered part of the problem. Why do the remit addresses on the invoices keep changing on some of our accounts? An analysis of our billings over the last three months shows that two different remit addresses are on some of our accounts and they change from month to month.
Can you please explain why this is happening, and how we can get the same remittance address on invoices each time?

Hello ggray and welcome,
You need to contact Comcast for both business (800-391-3000) or residential (1-800-XFINITY) accounts and use billing option, then make sure the billing agent insures that the correct billing address is configured on any account that you are having issues with. If you confirm this with a Comcast billing agent you will be able to obtain consistent billing statement mailing, as long as the account also is not configured with ECO or electronic billing, payment, etc.
