Unable to send through smtp.comcast.net due to Comcast.net email no longer working
I have a few scripts that need to send out emails and historically I used smtp.comcast.net:25. I don't recall ever needing to authenticate to it, but now I do. I have a @comcast.net account (not my Business portal account) that I used "xfinitywifi" hotspots for. When I try to log in, it tells me "You'll need to connect to your home WiFi, then navigate to xfinity.com/password to complete a password reset. If you still need help, give us a call at 833-520-0211". I am on my Comcast internet.. I contacted that phone number and was unable to get support.
So I guess I have two questions, how do I send SMTP emails from comcast business, and two, what happened to my @comcast.net account?

Hello @kg4afy, I hope your weekend has been going well so far! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with sending emails and accessing your online account. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, business name, and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
