The retention department charges me unreturned equipment fee after 1 day.
I returned all equipment the day after I disconnected to a comcast service center but nevermind, they try to sneak in fees thinking everyone but them is an idiot and won't notice. I am now convinced comcast is an unethical company. No other provider, sprint, att, direct tv have ever charged unreturned fees immediately. they wait the required amount of time and assess the fees if the equipment is truly unreturned. if it were legal to beat a retention team member with a baseball bat i would do it with a smile on my face.

So? are you going to remove the unreturned equipment fees or is this retaliation by that {edited per forum rules} Bobbie W?

I apologize for my delayed response to your post. Do you have a receipt for the return of equipment or an you confirm that one of our techs took the equipment from your location.
