Suspend Service?

I'm currently in the midst of a move and am no longer living at the residence that has service. I haven't been for a few days. I wanted to know if there is a way I can suspend my service, take my equipment with me, and call to get re-established once I find a new location? I'd rather not cancel altogether and companies like DirecTV do this so I'm just curious. Thanks!

Hello Cbarnes86 and welcome,

 

If you are a business class customer and want to relocate your business, you must contact Business Sales @ 800-391-3000 and any sales rep will setup up your business relocation per your moving requirements. There is no such thing as bringing your old equipment with you because that equipment is provisioned and allocated on your old account number. You must return it to not get charged for not returning it. When you get your new business location survey and install under way, you will receive new equipment that will be provisioned and allocated to your new location account number. All physical locations have new account numbers within Comcast and this pertains to all Comcast service and classes.
