Small Business Early Termination Fee. Comcast refusing to honor it's contract because CSR can't read

They want to charge me for termination of business, they cite section 5.3 in the terms and conditions. I read it and it refers to termination for convenience being subject to early termination fees, not terminations for CAUSE. Then I was told my termination of business has to be in relation to bankruptcy, but the contract explicitly says 'OR' before termination of business as a reason that falls under termination for cause. They want to charge me 1772 dollars. The sales rep told me when I signed up that termination of business would exempt me from paying any termination fee. I got many assurances from the sales rep concerning termination of business and the ETF. I was a new bsuiness and didn't know if I would be in business for the 36 month contract period.

After reading the contract myself the sales rep appears to have told the truth but the idiots working at comcast either cannot read their own contract or are trying to screw me, as they may try to screw anyone else. I am going to fight this in court myself as arguing with the customer service agent got me nowhere., what is wrong is wrong and I will fight this without a lawyer as I have the contract in my hand and it's all the evidence I need. These people are crooks.
