Next step is suing this company for not honoring their ETF clauses

Got a call from Bobby and he told me I was interpreting the contract incorrectly. The contract specifically has an 'OR' before termination of business as a scenario under termination for cause and section 5.3 on ETFs does not say anything about an ETF for termination for cause. Instead he said I am interpreting it wrong and it's termination for convenience because I called them to terminate service! WOW!

Never mind my sales rep Connie  simply lied to me when I signed up for this service since I asked her many times what would happen if my business didn't last 36 months, she is now nowhere to be found. That's it, these people are criminals and are willing to screw people who have already lost money in their businesses and have had to close their doors. Now I must declare bankruptcy to avoid paying them 1772 dollars. Nevemind that I lost 20k in this business in a year and had no income, I lived off savings. I am getting ready to sue, I will have a lawyer review the contract. These people need to be sued.
