Moved Service, new account number, old account still being billed

So I requested a move of service because I was moving out of an apartment and into a house, upon doing so a new account was apparently created at the new address. I assumed my old account would just transfer. This was not a big deal to me, until I just received a bill for my old address to pay for service from Aug 14 - Sept. -- a time when I clearly won't be living at that address any longer.


Long story short, I currently appear to have 2 active account, one at an address I do not own and will never live at again. I am hoping to get that old account removed, or whatever needs to be done so that I don't end up being requested to pay for service at 2 addresses, while not owning or living at one of the two. I wanted to start this process long before the bill was due to make sure things were taken care of. I can provide account numbers, etc. as needed via e-mail, private message, phone, or whatever method.

Hello brodach42 and welcome, It is necessary that you call 800-391-3000 and use the disconnect services option. Inform the disconnect agent of your issue and both account numbers and that agent with be able to disconnect your old account with no problems whatsoever. Hope this helps you out.

Hi this account from lasting nails we sold back from March/2018 please remove me of this account. And we still have nails & spa inc.

If you're looking to remove your name off of the account and transfer it to someone else, we'll need both parties to sign a Change of Ownership form. Please private message me your full name, the full address of both location and the phone number associated with each of the accounts.
