is there c.o.d upon the equipment installation for new small business internet account

I just ordered a small business account with internet only.I have my account number and a schelduled date and time to have equipment installed.I see what my charges are going to monthly.But do I have to pay any fees when the technician comes to install and setup equipment?Or the charges showing will be due when my first bill comes?

Hi bellomo and welcome to the support forums.

I can certainly assist with your billing concerns in regards to your installation. On your Service Order Agreement, there would be a section that specified an installation charge and an amount if one were to be applied. If you need any help in reviewing this, please private message me your full name, the full service address and the phone number associated with your account.
