Comcast will not waive ETF for termination of business
Today I submitted evidence of dissolution of my LLC and got a reply that I am mistinterpreting the contract and I have to pay the ETF.
This is what the contract says about termination of business. It doesn't have to be bankruptcy, the termination of business clause stands alone. I have to go to court over this, anyone have any experiences to share when faced with the same situation?
(c) A Service Order may be terminated by either
party immediately upon notice if the other party has become
insolvent or involved in liquidation or termination of its business,
or adjudicated bankrupt, or been involved in an assignment for
the benefit of its creditors

Hello asif,
I apologize for all the frustration but after reviewing the submitted
the request. It does seem that our Loyalty Team was able to send you email notification about your inquiry. Unfortunately the position has not changed since your BBB complaint that was
was sent in April. The charges of the early termination fee (ETF) are valid and would not
qualify for a waiver as stated in your accepted terms and conditions in the service agreement. I do apologize for
the inconvenience this has caused you. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
Thank You
