Can't log into Comcast Business VoiceEdge because it wants authenticator code that was never set up
I'm the admin for my company's Comcast Business and Business VoiceEdge account. My browser shows me logged into Comcast Business, lets me edit account users, etc. but when I try to open the Voice section it demands that I log in again- and then demands that I give a code from an authenticator app that I never registered in the first place. When I try to open my company's support tickets page it ALSO asks for the authenticator code. There is no alternative two-factor option listed and I cannot register any of my authenticator apps because I can't log in in the first place.
