My company moved to a new address last year and we just hooked up one of the old phones that hadn't been used during that time. It shows the correct date and time but the phone icon at the date/time screen is hollow, there's no dial tone, and trying to dial anything shows a message of 'URL Call is D

My company has a POTS line through Comcast in addition to our Business VoiceEdge service. Can we forward that line to another phone number? I don't have the ability to administer it through the portal.

My company has a Comcast internet line at 99 High Street in Boston. We've been getting repeated spates of error messages from our firewall for the past two hours, indicating that its attempts to contact 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 via the Comcast line are failing- and then succeeding a few seconds later. We'

@Comcast_Krista​ Typing 'xfinitysupport' or 'xfinity support' or 'xfinity' in the To box gets me 'no such user found'. Typing 'support' gives me a list of multiple user names with Support in them.
