$500 Pre-Paid Visa Card
In March 2026, I had a lengthy conversation with a Comcast Business Customer Experience Specialist in the Advanced Loyalty West Division about cancelling VoiceEdge for my business. Based on that conversation, I switched to Comcast Business Mobile at both of my business locations and signed up for two mobile lines.
I was specifically told that I would receive a $500 prepaid Visa card for activating two lines. I completed the signup and received the two mobile phones, but many months later, I still have not received the prepaid card.
When I try to access the prepaid card fulfillment center, I receive an error.
I contacted billing support and, after being transferred between several agents, finally reached someone who created a ticket. The representative could not confirm whether the promotion existed at the time, despite the original specialist having described it very specifically. I was told that the ticket would be escalated and that someone would contact me, but I have received no follow-up.
A few weeks ago, I received an email from the original Customer Experience Specialist asking:
“Thank you for continuing to trust Comcast Business. I wanted to reconnect and see how your Comcast Business Mobile service is working for your business.”
I replied that I was unhappy with how this issue had been handled and asked for help resolving the missing prepaid card. I have now sent three messages without receiving a response.
I would appreciate assistance from a Comcast representative who can:
- Review the promotion that was offered when I activated the two lines in March 2026.
- Check the status of the escalation ticket.
- Confirm whether I qualify for the promised $500 prepaid Visa card and, if so, arrange for it to be issued.
I have noticed several similar complaints on this forum involving prepaid cards that were promised but never received. Is there a specific Comcast Business department or escalation contact responsible for resolving these issues?
I would prefer to resolve this directly with Comcast. However, if Comcast is unable to honor the promotion offered when I signed up—or even provide a response—I will need to consider cancelling my services and moving to another provider.

Thank you for taking the time to share these details, @user_6e62a6. I can certainly understand your frustration, especially after waiting several months for a promotion that you were expecting to receive and then having difficulty getting clear answers or follow-up.
We appreciate you outlining the timeline and the steps you've already taken, including contacting support, obtaining a ticket, and attempting to follow up with the original Customer Experience Specialist. I can see why the lack of communication would be concerning.
We'd like the opportunity to review your account, the promotion associated with the March 2026 mobile activations, and any existing escalation tickets. From there, we can determine what information is available regarding the prepaid Visa card offer and the status of any prior requests.
Please send us a Direct Message with your business name, service address, and any ticket numbers you may have received. We'll be happy to take a closer look and help identify the next steps.
