Why is my Business Internet so UNRELIABLE, SLOW, and TERRIBLE?

For the past year? I've had NUMEROUS issues with Comcast Business. I'm paying for

INTERNET

300Mbps / 30Mbps

Thank god I got a discount code cause paying over 400$! for the terrible service is robbery. I get so many disconnections, at least 2 a week. Speed tests max out at 198 MBs but only when Im running a speed test. Anything else and its MUCH SLOWER. It takes at least 30 seconds to load anything if I'm using more than one pc on the same internet, if it even loads that is. It always seems to "fix itself" after talking to a representative. Yet the problem still persists days after. 

I'm seriously considering canceling this plan and switching to a different company with Fiber, less than half the price and MUCH faster speeds.
