Upload Speeds have dropped to 1.2 Mbps from 12 Mbps

Greetings,

I'm noticing an unusual problem today with my connectivity. My upload speeds are well below what I'm paying for while my download speeds are fine. When I've had speed trouble in the past, it's usually the opposite problem.

I'm using the Xfinity speed test site and have verified it with other speed sites. Having a poor upload speed is impacting my web server response time for the sites I'm currently hosting.

Please help!

I should note that I've already done the troubleshooting steps:

Rebooted (soft and hard) the router.

Checked router signal levels.

Isolated and checked for other bandwidth loads on the network.

Tested several times over the last couple of hours with the highest upload being 3.4Mbps
