Tired of outages overnight with no warning or notification.
Why am I paying 140 dollars a month for service that goes down at least a couple times a week for about 10-20 minutes at around 2 to 3 am CST??
I go and try to call customer support and they have a message "we are having too many calls right now, call back another time."
There isn't even an email customer service number since I work nights. Everytime this internet is down for 20 minutes it is costing me a few hundred dollars.
I want an explanation, a) why it goes down at 2 am b) why do I get no notice c) why nobody is avialable at the tech support #, and d) why when I read them they say they don't know.
I NEED WARNING. HOW CAN SOMEONE RUN A BUSINESS ON THIS GARBAGE YOU PEDDLE.
